1. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, photographic assets, text, and logos displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Corruptbrand. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of our intellectual property for commercial purposes, defamation, or malicious third-party campaigns is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

2. Pre-Orders, Early-Access, and Production Policy

Our brand utilizes a specialized manufacturing pipeline. For all pre-orders, early-access purchases, and custom production items, capital allocation and manufacturing processes begin immediately to secure raw materials, logistics, and factory floor space.

• The 24-Hour Grace Period: Customers have a strict twenty-four (24) hour window from the exact timestamp of purchase to request a cancellation, refund, or size/address modification.

• Finality of Orders: Following this 24-hour grace period, all production and early-access orders are explicitly final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable as goods have entered active manufacturing. Estimated shipping timelines provided on product pages are benchmarks, not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Chargebacks, Disputes, & Mitigating Financial Tort

By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing a transaction, the buyer explicitly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to our production and fulfillment timelines.

• Waiver of Dispute Rights: The buyer explicitly waives the right to dispute or initiate a chargeback with their financial institution regarding production processing times, standard logistics delays, or external social/personal grievances outside of the stated 24-hour window.

• Legal Defense: Any unauthorized chargeback actions or fraudulent disputes will be vigorously defended by our legal team using this signed digital agreement as binding evidence of explicit consumer consent. Corruptbrand reserves the right to seek financial recovery for fees incurred due to frivolous or malicious chargebacks.

4. Code of Conduct & Third-Party Interference

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel open orders, or deactivate affiliate tracking codes at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if a user or affiliate engages in behavior that is defamatory, hostile, or constitutes a deliberate attempt to interfere with our business operations, supply chain, or community spaces.

5. Limitation of Liability

Corruptbrand shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, temporary platform downtime, or minor production delays beyond our immediate operational control.
