Corrupt VVS Rhinestone Hoodie

The hoodie arrived missing rinestones as well as had a different color rinestone on the back. I reached out to customer service and they tried to gaslight me by saying oh the rinestones fell off due to how the post handled the package and tried to offer me 20$. At first i did accept the 20$ refund but then followed up when i noticed that there were no lose rhinestones i could just reattach in the shipping bag like they tried to tell me they were clewrly missing before shipping. I never heard back even after reaching back out multiple times. Also never received the 20$ refund either, they just completely ghosted. Horrid customer service. Which is so sad because i love their hoodies and had plans to buy many more. For over 185$ i would have expected better quality and more accountability. Would not recommend if you plan to buy anything rinestone because it may not arrive in perfect condition and youll get 0 help from customer service

Some rhinestones are falling off and the hoodie is a bit heavier weight than i thought but it’s still a great product.

its a nice material and not super thick but not super thin. Definitely oversized i normally get XL for regualr hoodies for oversized fit so i got a large an couldve got a medium for a even more fitted, large is still oversize. Opening the bag there was rhinestones falling off and after 2 wears (have not washed it has not touched water) theres sections of rhinestones that have fallen off so not very happy with that.
